Mhada drops one Mumbai flat from lottery; issues pre-monsoon list of dangerous building

State housing board Mhada has issued a corrigendum to its upcoming lottery by subtracting one apartment in Dadar from the total count of 4,083. The 70 sq m MIG flat valued at Rs 2.5 crore is located in Savitri Niwas/ Laxmi Niwas building and has become embroiled in litigation. The lottery for a revised number of 4,082 flats and tenements will be drawn July 18.
