Telling a woman colleague she has a beautiful figure, she had maintained herself well and repeatedly asking her out amounted to using filthy language and outraging her modesty, said a sessions court, rejecting the anticipatory bail pleas of two real estate executives accused of sexually harassing the 'front office executive'. Prima facie, a case is made out against the two, it added.
