Better off corner Maha’s foreign edu scholarships

A meagre number of underprivileged students have benefited from the state-sponsored, all-expenses paid, foreign education scheme this year. At least 69 beneficiaries who secured a seat in QS top 100 ranked institutes got a free ride to a foreign college, despite at least 33 of them declaring that they do not fall under the category of economically disadvantaged.
