Rape is worse than murder, kills soul: Posco court

Observing that rape is more heinous than murder as it destroys the very soul of a helpless woman, a special Pocso court recently convicted and sentenced a 28-year-old man to 10 years' rigorous imprisonment for attempting the gang rape of a 15-year-old mentally challenged girl in 2012. The second accused died during pendency of the trial.
