Hand over redeveloped Lalbaug flat only to aged father, HC tells Mhada

In a relief for a 74-year-old man, the Bombay high court has directed housing authority Mhada to allot and hand over a flat in a redeveloped Lalbaug highrise only to him, foiling his estranged son’s attempt to corner it, reports Rosy Sequeira.
