2 HC judges recuse from hearing Deshmukh’s plea

Two single-judge benches of the Bombay high court on Wednesday separately recused to hear a petition filed by former state home minister Anil Deshmukh challenging the March 31 and April 1 orders by a special trial court granting his custody to the CBI.
