HC notice to Maha, NIA on plea in Fr Stan Swamy case

Bombay high court on Tuesday issued a notice to the state and National Investigation Agency (NIA), and posted after weeks a petition filed by Fr Frazer Mascarenhas as next of friend of the late Stan Swamy who died while in custody in hospital in connection with the 2018 Elgar Parishad case.
