Bank fraud: Maha BJP MLC gets interim relief till Mon

A special court on Thursday granted interim relief from arrest until Monday to Pravin Darekar, MLC and opposition leader in the Maharashtra legislative council, after he moved an anticipatory bail plea apprehending arrest. An FIR was filed against Darekar accusing him of forging certain documents to become a member of Pratigya Labour Cooperative Society.
