State moves HC over CS, Sanjay Pandey summons

The Maharashtra government on Wednesday petitioned Bombay high court to constitute a special investigation team (SIT) to probe a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) case under Prevention of Corruption Act and conspiracy against former home minister Anil Deshmukh and others over allegations of transfer of police officers for money.
