Pune police issue lookout notice against NCB witness

The Pune police led by Amitabh Gupta on Wednesday issued a lookout circular (LOC) for tracing Prakash Gosavi, the Narcotics Control Bureau’s main witness in the case pertaining to the raid on the cruise liner on October 2.
