Maharashtra logs 2.3k new Covid cases, Mumbai 546

For the fifth time this month, the daily Covid tally climbed beyond 500 (546) on Thursday in Mumbai. The city has registered the highest rise in cases in a state where currently 17 districts have less than 100 active cases.
