Court faults NCB’s drug case, Malik’s kin gets bail

A special court, while granting bail to the son -in-law of NCP minister Nawab Malik in a drug case, said the quantum of contraband seized as per the chemical analysis report was not a ‘commercial’ quantity and the charges of abetment and conspiracy made out by the Narcotics Control Bureau do not apply.
