No sex abuse, sr wanted kid to leave home: Court

Observing that a 70-year-old man, accused of sexually assaulting his nine-year-old neighbour, had only touched the girl from a distance to make her leave his home and not with the intention to touch her inappropriately, a special Pocso court acquitted him on Thursday.
