After the state cabinet’s strong objection to governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari’s three-day review tour of three districts in Marathwada, the guardian ministers of Nanded (Ashok Chavan) Hingoli (Varsha Gaikwad) and Parbhani (Nawab Malik) said they will not attend the programmes.
