HC evicts Sr citizen's kin for ill-treatment

Bombay high court, in an interim order, has directed the son and grandson of an 89-year-old man to move out of the octogenarian’s Dadar home over allegations of ill-treatment. The HC noted there are serious findings by the Mumbai city civil court on March 31 of the grandson “beating up” his grandfather.
