CBI moves sessions court in ex-home Min case

After a magistrate court rejected its plea, the CBI moved the special court seeking certain documents and digital evidence related to the phone taps allegedly made by former commissioner of state intelligence, Rashmi Shukla. The court on Thursday directed the state to file its reply.
