Unpaid bills of MSEDCL rise to over Rs 7,000 crore

The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co Ltd (MSEDCL) has unpaid electricity bills since June to the tune of Rs 7,154 crore, sources disclosed on Sunday.
