Retd HC judge to study SC's Maratha verdict

Days after the Supreme Court struck down the legislation to provide reservation to Marathas in education and jobs, a state cabinet sub-committee headed by public works minister Ashok Chavan on Saturday decided to set up a seven-member high-level committee headed by a retired judge of the high court to study the apex court verdict and make recommendations.
