Deshmukh's plea: HC adjourns hearing for 4 weeks

The Bombay high court on Thursday adjourned a petition filed by former Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh for quashing the "false" FIR filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) against him under the Prevention of Corruption Act, as the agency said it needs time.
