Covid-19: Death figures remain high in Maharashtra

Though the state continues to report low daily detections, Covid-19 fatalities continue to remain high. The state added 46,781 new cases and 816 deaths on Wednesday, taking the caseload to 52.2 lakh and the toll to 78,007.
