SC rules Cong is leader of opposition in BMC

The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a petition filed by Prabhakar Shinde, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) corporator and party leader seeking the status of leader of opposition in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) as it is the second largest party.
